Interactive Creative/Digital Designer
The Role
We are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to work within the marketing and design team. The main purpose of the role will be to produce & design professional and striking designs for portal/intranet/extranet and website designs working to tight deadlines. Our varied clients have different requirements and we need to find a candidate that can offer a variety of design skills that could be applied to corporate look-and-feel as well as high end design and vibrant interfaces. This is a role that will offer variety and the opportunity to be creative within branding and technological guidelines.

The Candidate:
3-4 years digital design experience
Experience with UI design
Knowledge of wire framing and prototyping
Be able to cope under pressure with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude
Experience with storyboarding
Experience with usability and accessibility
- Experience with corporate branding and working within guidelines
Nice to have:
Software: Entire Adobe Design Premium CS4: InDesign, Flash, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
Microsoft Expression Studio (Silverlight + Sketchflow)
Previous experience designing for SharePoint
HTML coding
Microsoft Powerpoint
Adobe Captivate or Camtasia
Video editing

If you are interested in being part of our development team, we ask that you have the following:
- A minimum of 1-2 years SharePoint (WSS/MOSS) application development experience
- A minimum of 4 years of pure .NET development (latest frameworks, c#, web parts, asp.net)
- A minimum of 2 years of working with databases and web services (SQL 2005/2008, XML, WSDL)
- A proven track record of delivering client applications
- An active interest in pursuing technological advances and innovative ideas
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate (verbally and written) to all levels of the business
- A desire to achieve MS certification within 3 months (if you haven't already)
