Pre build phase

We know that planning is the key to success for all IT developments. With this in mind we subscribe to a project process that allows sufficient time for planning and daily reviews of progress and burn rates. Planning may consist of workshops, wireframes, Proof of Concepts, mock-ups and designs. All of these methods are employed to demonstrate an understanding of a requirement.

Build phase

• Daily scrums occur to track project progress and identify and resolve impediments
• Daily time tracking is performed to ensure that actual time is tracked against  budget. These are reported in dashboards showing various measures about a project.
• Issue tracking : All issues are captured and categorised as to whether they are a bug, request for information, change request.​

Post build phase

Project reviews are preformed at the end of the project to identify lessons learnt and what went well and what needs to improve. Contact us to learn more about our approach.
