Our 6 step approach to delivering projects helps keep things on track and everyone in the loop. We provide our clients with a dedicated operations manager and a project lead, who work together to ensure you're regularly updated with demonstrations and project update sessions, so we can get your feedback throughout the project.
1. Workshops and Planning

We always like to plan effectively before we write any documentation. Our sessions are interactive, facilitated by us and we always ensure that they are objective led, so that you get the most out of the time spent.
We run these at your place or ours and we ensure requirements are captured and then measured in line with budget and timelines.
2. Requirement Write Ups (SoR)

Post workshop sessions, our team will produce a Statement of Requirements that will summarise workshop output, generate user stories, propose the taxonomy and identify all of the features and requirement, succinctly.
Where appropriate we also produce a design brief to accompany these documents. This documentation allows for us all to have 'single source of truth'.
3. Prototypes & Creative Concepts

Everybody needs to see it and that's why we believe in rapid prototyping. This stage allows us to focus on user interface, usability and with the creative team applied we can even start fleshing out the user experience that's required.
We aren't precious about prototypes – that's exactly why they are 'proto' types. We will often use these to demonstrate to varying parts of the business and get buy in or feedback on the application approach.
4. Final Write Ups (SoW)

In order for our development teams to get stuck in, we prepare a Statement of Work that is used to identify system flows, fields of data and mappings that are required.
This document helps our team understand the technical approach required for the build and what measures the site needs to adhere to. We never claim to get this right the first time and working in an AGILE approach we ensure that there's room for flexibility during the build phase.
5. Build and Integrated Testing

Our developers love what they do, working in Microsoft Best Practices and to a standard N-Tier approach, our team will ensure that code is maintained and consistent.
We don't just build and then test, we test as we build! Our quality assurance team work together with our developers to ensure that during build and post unit tests we operate a full UAT lifecycle.
6. Delivery and Support

Upon delivery we don't just hand it over, we ensure that adequate training and support is provided so that your users and peers are confident in the application produced and so that IP is ultimately with you…the customer!
