Our Operations Managers, make it all happen - they plan, co-ordinate and direct all operational projects, ensuring their effective performance, delivery and success at every stage of the project management cycle.
These guys and gals are both a project manager and account manager all rolled into one! We feel this gives them the best of both worlds; dealing with clients and managing internal output. The role requires travel and suits those individuals that enjoy pace, delivery and achievement.
The Role

Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager and working with both the operations and business development teams, in this internal and client facing role you will need to:
- Manage client relationships
- Always set clear expectations
- Avoid problems and handle conflict
- Mitigate the risk on your projects
- Provide progress and reporting to management
- Deliver work in line with agreed plans and milestone dates
- Co-ordinate, monitor work and outputs of various staff
- Facilitate client meetings and demonstrations
- Ensure best practice by improving processes and policies
Tools Used: Sharepoint 2010, Project Server 2010, Office 2010 - Excel, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint, planning walls, whiteboards, markers, post-it's, flipcharts, agile project management, kanban, poker planning, time cards and good old fashioned listening and talking! - training is provided, where required.
