The Client
Based in Widnes, Cheshire, CIC (Community Integrated Care) is one of the largest social and health care charities in the UK.
Their diverse range of services includes independent living, senior care and homelessness relief.

The Challenge
Provide a centralised easy to manage single version of the truth for all procedures, policies, documentation, collateral and manuals. Encourage collaboration throughout the organisation, bringing together 300 care homes from across the UK via the Sharepoint intranet portal through effective communication and an intuitive user interface.

What We Did
Having approached CSP following an extremely frustrating supplier experience, CIC were feeling disillusioned. Our team had a huge task: restoring faith in Sharepoint as a platform of choice and demonstrating how, as a collaborative tool, it was best placed to serve the level of interaction the organisation needed between sites.
CIC pride themselves on 'quality', and it was that ethos that our team and project had to deliver throughout.
The Outcome
Three thousand members of staff (with varying levels of IT knowledge) can now interact with documents and data throughout the organisation from locations across the UK.
CSP continue to support the solution, ensuring that further updates and developments are made in line with agreed roadmaps and strategic IT and business decisions.
