With offices in Slough, just down the road from us in Maidenhead, they are also one of our closest clients.

The Challenge
Providing a European telecoms giant with the ability to work with clients, suppliers and partners more efficiently.
Creating an international extranet solution to share information, provide key learning resources and communicate across a number of communities.

What We Did
O2 began the project internally, working with another supplier, but quickly found that the chosen company wasn't up to the job.
O2 then decided to get CSP in – a shrewd business decision. Following a series of joint planning sessions, we helped their IT team troubleshoot the server farm configuration.
By optimising the topology to suit the extranet requirements – we could ensure there was significant performance and resilience moving forward.
The Outcome

Our team of problem solvers saved the day by pushing the extranet through to completion on the right environment - restoring O2's faith in external suppliers.
Some 15,000 people across Europe were given a knowledge sharing platform to help teams interact on major internal projects.
