Training

Once your intranet is ready to roll, we’re here to make sure your team members know how to get the most out of it. Whether you prefer face-to-face training or virtual training, we can develop tutorials to suit. We also provide detailed and straightforward documentation to help answer any questions when we’re not around.

Onsite

Creative SharePoint’s training team can visit you, onsite, to provide face-to-face training. There’s simply no substitute for that personal touch. And because all our team members are Microsoft-certified, you can be confident that you organisation is receiving expert, targeted tuition. Our training is flexible, so if your team members have specific needs in a particular area, we can tailor our training to suit. What’s more, there aren’t any hidden extras – our prices are fixed, so you know exactly what you can expect to get for your money. Training can be on an individual basis or in groups, depending on which method best suits your team members and their working style. We are happy to conduct training at your organisation’s premises or offsite, at a convenient location.

Virtual

We also offer virtual training, which is often visually easier to follow than seminar-style training formats. Our virtual training is customized to the client’s platform, so it offers a realistic example of what users can expect. With virtual training, we can show users exactly where to go and how to access your intranet in real-time, just as they will experience it once your system is rolled out. Virtual training also has the added benefit of vastly reducing the use of paper and other training resources.

Documentation

We’re confident your team members will find your intranet simple to use, but just in case they have any questions, we provide comprehensive and detailed documentation to help them find their way around the system. Step-by-step guidance and course notes will point users in the right direction, while real-life examples will provide concrete illustrations of how to get the most out of your intranet.
